ALCOA+: data integrity principles

ALCOA+ is the regulator-shorthand for nine properties every regulated record must have: Attributable, Legible, Contemporaneous, Original, Accurate, plus Complete, Consistent, Enduring, and Available.

These are not aspirational — they are how inspectors evaluate your data. Our schema enforces them: every regulated row has created_by, created_at, provenance_id, and is append-only.
