What are AI agents in our platform?

An agent is a focused, specialized AI worker. Each one owns a narrow slice of the trial — for example: drafting an informed-consent form, monitoring data quality, triaging adverse events, or assembling an inspection package.

We ship 31 agents across 7 clusters (knowledge, evaluation, essential documents, safety, audit, sponsor, operations). They cooperate through a shared event bus and write their proposed actions into a staging area, never directly to systems of record.
